How we take you from first draft to final sign-off

Two-phase process

We share the first draft with you in the following manner:

  • We run a presentation with you and your team to share our report.
  • We walk you through the key findings and the write-up in full.
  • We gather your questions and concerns, provide clarifications, and document all required changes or improvements to the draft report or document.

We work on the second draft report for improvement:

  • We implement and share the agreed changes.
  • We request your final sign-off.
  • We print final copies based on your requirements.
  • We close the assignment after all settlements.
  • Optionally, upon your confirmation, we support sourcing finance for your project at a fee.
